All written or electronic information obtained from companies are deleted from Creaviser computers within 2 weeks following the end of the employment contract.

Pictures or information are not shared or used by Creaviser with third parties. However, the use of the information via the website by people other than the customer’s consent does not bind Creaviser.
  • Creaviser acquired ftp, hosting control, domain control etc. They delete all of the information from their computers after the end of the employment contract. It sends a notification e-mail to the customer about changing the ftp, hosting and domain passwords. No deletion is used for companies using Creaviser’s own hosting service.
  • If the digital media and information received via usb, cd, dvd etc. channels are not taken back by the customer after the end of the employment contract, they are destroyed.
  • No rights can be claimed from Creaviser for verbally expressed information and secrets.
  • A confidentiality agreement is signed with the companies following each employment contract. The Creaviser confidentiality agreement is tailored to protect the customer’s rights, according to the customer’s industry.
